Kittens, Kittens and more Kittens

Charity is the mom. She is photo shy.

Two stripped kittens one with yellow on her cheeks is Sadie, she is the shy one and the other one is called Earl Grey. Yes, it is hard to tell them apart except by their personality.

Sable hisses at first then purrs and he would not sit still to have his picture taken. Marmolade is so sweet but looks scared all the time.

The two feral kittens, Zina andPuss n Boots, were captured from under our house and are
beginning to warm up to being held. The calico is beautifully marked
and the yellow one has white boots and white tuff under his chin.

We have kittens, which were born six weeks ago, April 9th to a feral female cat that decided we were the lucky ones she picked to own her. We adopted her and named her Charity because she is so very loving. She loves to be held and petted which amazed us since she was born and grew up in the wild. We live in Farmersville on a little over an acre with lots of open land around us and lots of field mice. Little did we know she needed a safe place to have her kittens. She has been a fantastic mom.

Charity’s kittens are almost weaned, the mom is still allowing them to nurse but they are eating crunchy kitten food and they are litter box trained already. We also have two other feral kittens that we captured under our house. Their mom had them about the same time as Charity. They each one have very different wonderful little personalities. The two feral kittens are just now learning to be handled and are very fearful. My heart goes out to them being tossed into a new environment with no mom. Charity’s kittens love to be held but only after you have held them for a few minutes…I think they have an instinct to run at first.

So we have six kittens that need their new homes. I will be happy to bring meet you so you can see the kittens in person. We haven’t taken them yet to the Vet it is more of an expense than we are able to do for another few weeks.

We have three other cats and five dogs, which means that we do not need any other animals right now.

Please forward this email if you know anyone that would be interested in adopting one of the kittens and perhaps even Charity since the kittens were born she fights with our other female cat.

Thank you so much
